We offer Free Worldwide Standard Delivery on all orders. Complimentary gift wrapping is included for every item.
As part of our ethical principles, every garment you order is made individually. It takes up to 10 working days for your items to be processed in our studio, tailored with great precision, sewn with love and then finally personally finished by the two of us to get the perfect look you fell in love. Please kindly consider this time-frame when ordering.
We aim to deliver your parcel within 7-10 business days, depending on your country region and excluding customs processing times. Please note that YVAILO is not responsible for any additional time incurred while your parcel is held at Customs. We reserve the right to notify you for your order in case of possible delay or insufficient stock.
International orders outside the European Union will be sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are not included. You might need to pay additional local taxes at the time of delivery of your order. Please be advised that tax and duties may not be refundable to NON-EU customers wishing to return items.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from us with your tracking number inside. All items are sent tracked and insured for their final value. You will be able to check the delivery status on your order 24h after receiving the dispatch confirmation from us. You will also be able to track your order under ‘MY ORDERS’ when you log in at My Account.
Please note the prices on yvailo.com do not include local sales taxes or VAT. If the value of your order exceeds the toll-free limit in your market, extra fees might be applied for import taxes and custom duties upon delivery. YVAILO does not compensate these charges. For further information you can check with your local Customs Office.
